How Suraiyosaidovagallery packs and ships your order. Every piece is an artwork, so it leaves the studio prepared for transport and travels with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Processing begins after payment is approved. Recently finished paintings and mixed-media works may need extra curing time before packing; if that applies to your piece, we tell you by e-mail.

Packing

Works are protected for transit: acid-free interleaving or glassine on the surface, corner and edge protection, moisture-resistant wrapping and a rigid outer box, crate or tube according to the medium and dimensions.

Signed print editions ship flat or rolled in a reinforced tube, depending on size, with the certificate or signature panel protected.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address. Free shipping on orders over $99. Delivery times are estimates.

The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay, together with the total amount.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

If you have not received tracking after the processing window, write to [email protected] and we will check the shipment.

Delivery address

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please review it carefully. If you need to correct it, e-mail [email protected] before the order is dispatched.

For large or framed works, someone should be available to receive and inspect the parcel at delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.

If the outer packaging shows damage, photograph it before and after opening and keep all packing materials — carriers require this evidence for a claim.
