Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to place an order, request a commission or book a consultation.

By ordering you confirm that the billing and shipping details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Artworks, listings and availability

Each listing states the technique, dimensions and availability of the piece. Originals are unique: once a work is sold, the listing is marked unavailable.

Signed print editions are produced in limited runs as described on the listing page.

Screen colors, texture and scale may differ slightly from the physical work. We describe condition and surface honestly and answer questions about any piece at [email protected] before you buy.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The full amount you will pay — artwork price, shipping and any applicable taxes — is shown before you confirm the order; there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges on this website. Every purchase is a single, one-time payment.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Commissions and art advisory

Custom commissions are agreed in writing by e-mail, including subject, technique, dimensions, price and estimated completion window, before any payment is requested.

Advisory for selecting and arranging collections in residences and offices is a consulting service. Our recommendations are curatorial opinions; the final selection is always yours.

Shipping and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on the website — images of artworks, texts, catalogue descriptions and layout — belongs to Suraiyosaidovagallery or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Buying a physical work or a signed print transfers ownership of that object only. Copyright and reproduction rights in the image remain with the artist unless agreed separately in writing.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise any specific outcome from owning our artworks. We make no representation that a work will appreciate in value, hold a resale price, or serve as a financial investment.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax or appraisal advice. Results of advisory work depend on your space, budget and individual preferences.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
